Coconut Green Tea

by Amanda C. Hughes

I always drink green tea with coconut oil in it. There is no better way to drink it. The coconut eliminates the bitterness in the tea and adds a healthy dose of fatty acids.

  • Keto Tip: Green tea is rich in L-theanine, which counteracts anxiety and eases the jittery effects of other caffeinated products. L-theanine also increases dopamine, along with the production of alpha waves, to restore balance to your mind and body.
