I know the keto police will come out in full force for this keto cocktail recipe post, but I know that it’s really not realistic to expect people to completely abstain from drinking, especially if you like to enjoy a cocktail on special occasions.
I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to jump completely off of the keto bandwagon to enjoy a cocktail. It’s important to remember that your body will burn alcohol before fats, so when you do have a drink, just know it’ll be a “stall” day. And if you’re doing keto as a lifestyle and not a quick fix diet, a stall day isn’t going to do any real harm. Just watch out for post-drink munchie attacks.
Wicked Good Keto Cocktail Recipes
Blueberry Keto Mojito
Traditional mojitos require sugar syrup, but this one uses Everly’s sugar-free Pomegranate Berry drink mix to give this keto cocktail recipe the perfect amount of sweetness. This drink is just as good without alcohol. Just skip the rum and add a little extra seltzer for a refreshing spritzer.
Keto Fruity Arnold Palmer
This keto cocktail recipe uses Everly’s Fruit Tea and Strawberry Lemonade Drink Mix to create the ultimate Arnold Palmer without crazy amounts of sugar. This recipe is technically a “mocktail” but you can change that by adding a little vodka. Cheers!
Berry Red Keto Sangria
If you’re missing wine since starting a low carb eating plan, then you’re going to love this keto cocktail recipe made with Pomegranate Berry keto drink mix by Everly. At only 4g of carbs per glass, it’s a guilt-free way to enjoy an adult beverage at your next party.
Everly Gelly Shots
Feel like you’re in college again with this fun keto cocktail recipe made with your favorite flavors of Everly drink mix and Knox Gelatine. This recipe yields 20 shots, and each one is only 0.2 carbs each so you can party like it’s 1999.
Tropical Rum Spritzer
This recipe uses Everly’s Peach Mango drink mix for the base flavor, which is exactly right to get you in the mood for a tropical vacation in your backyard!
Spiked Strawberry Lemonade
Since I love to throw BBQ’s in the summer, I wanted to make some fun mixed drinks I can serve but that I can also drink (see my Keto Sangria and Keto “Gelly” Shots), so for this one, I made a spiked strawberry keto lemonade!
Keto Rum Punch
Whenever you visit Florida, I feel like you need to have a rum punch in hand to really kick-off a vacation. Since a traditional rum punch is nowhere near acceptable for keto life, I wanted to come up with my own. In comes Everly’s Peach Mango drink mix. and Fruit Punch.
Creamy Keto Eggnog with Almond Milk
Store-bought egg nog is loaded with sugar which is why I wanted to make a keto-friendly version to enjoy around the holidays. This keto cocktail recipe is technically alcohol-free, but if you’re looking for a little kick just add some bourbon.
Spiced Hot Toddy
There’s nothing better than a nice hot toddy when you’re feeling under the weather. You can even serve this keto cocktail recipe at your next party as an alternative to apple cider. Just multiply the recipe by however many people you are serving, and let your slow cooker keep it nice and warm.
Creamy Coconut Bourbon Chai
Made with coconut milk and chai tea, this hot keto cocktail recipe is a delicious way to enjoy alcohol on a low carb diet. I’m sure the keto police would disagree with me, but a small amount of bourbon is not going to send your carb count out of control. As the saying goes “everything in moderation.”

Love the creativity with these!
Quarius’ performance deserves to be held up as a model for the common denominator.
