Buffalo is my middle name. Actually, it’s Cecelia after my Italian grandmother, but you might also call me Amanda B. Hughes because my love for all things buffalo runs deep. This buffalo sauce is very easy to make, and so delicious that you’ll want to drench everything in Buffalo goodness!
I’ve been working on this keto buffalo sauce recipe for what feels like a lifetime, and it’s one of my most Instagrammed recipes, so if it’s good for my peeps on Insta, I think you’ll enjoy it too.

I’m so glad you add the Nutritional Facts to your recipes. For this recipe however, you list the serving size as 2 cups. I’m sure you meant it “MAKES” 2 cups. Could you tell me what the serving size is? Thanks much! Happy I signed up for your emails!
Hi Terri! Thanks for the feedback! I updated the recipe.
How can this be the nutritional information for the whole 2 cups?
There is a cup of butter in the recipe, which on its own has 1628 calories, but you have listed as 105 calories for the whole recipe?
Hello! My husband thought it was to spicy! How can I bring it down a notch?
If you add more butter it will cut the spice, you can adjust to your taste preferences 🙂
I appreciate the recipe. However, the nutritional info is way off. 1 tbsp of butter is 11g fat and 100 calories. 2 sticks of butter is 8oz or 1 cup, which is 2268 calories and 249.5 grams of fat
Thanks for the heads up, the nutrition is actually for a 2 tbsp serving, not the whole amount as previously stated. I had made some edits and forgot to remove that line. 🙂

Just made this and added just a pinch of xanthum gum to add some thickness (sticks to wings better) and it was great!!! Thanks for the recipe.
I knew when I saw this recipe I had to get some wings. Fired up the grill tonight then cooked the wings the rest of the way over the stove then added this sauce. So good.
