Oh hey, look at this! WickedStuffed.com has been my personal food blog for the past several years. Throughout my travels, I’d post all my recipe and restaurant reviews.

For 2013 I’ve committed to a ketogenic diet, which is basically a super low-carb diet. I make room for more fruits and veggies than most do on the diet but still try to keep it under 50 carbs per day which is still challenging!

So, this blog is officially keto-central now, and I hope to jam-pack it with keto recipes out the wazoo. I thank you for reading because it’s nice to have readers.
