My favorite keto snack is keto deviled eggs. They’re not only delicious, but they ring in at ZERO carbs.
I went on a little binge a couple months ago of buying up different flavors of the wonderful, Brooklyn-made Empire Mayonnaise, so today I tried it with the rosemary mayo. Tasty! An acquired taste, but tasty!
It was a funny purchase to begin with, considering I don’t put mayo on, like, anything. But being zero carbs I figured, hey, I’ll think of something. THANK YOU KETO DEVILED EGGS!
I think I’d love to get the paprika mayo and give that one a spin too. Right now I have the black garlic mayo, the white truffle mayo, the rosemary mayo and the bacon mayo in my fridge. I think they all have a right to grace my deviled eggs with their presence. I might just try them one at a time, though.
And feel free to mix up your deviled eggs. For example, who’s up for some bacon and kimchi deviled eggs?
