When I first started keto many moons ago, I knew that avocado and I would need to become friends. It took some time, but now I throw it in and on everything! This is the best low-carb guacamole recipe I’ve made so far, and it isn’t just for keto, it’s good for everyone! If you want to spice it up, de-seed a jalapeno, chop it up and add it to the mix.

THANK YOU! FINALLY A SITE THAT IS SIMPLE, CLEAR, CONCISE AS WELL AS DELICIOUS! Again, thank you for helping me start the Keto Diet! (note: being from Boston, WICKED STUFF attracted my attention! 🙂 )
This came out perfectly. I wanted a simple guacamole recipe that was diet-friendly. It seems so simple but it tastes amazing when done right. I don’t know what I did differently a few years ago when I made guacamole but it did not taste this good. It is almost like the kind that Chipotle has. I am in love!

I’d never added garlic to my guac before (why, I do not know) but this was fantastic. We added some jalapenos too for a kick. Excellent.
