Do you ever miss cereal on keto? Especially when I have a cold or don’t feel well, all I want to do is curl up with some bad TV and eat a bowl of cereal. I’ve made a few kinds of keto cereal in the past, but this one is a keto granola and has a totally new (and so very simple) spin.
It’s made with flaked coconut, diced walnuts, and sliced almonds, and it goes great with unsweetened almond milk. This keto granola is super easy to make and perfect to eat on the go. You can make this in about 15 minutes, and 10 of that is baking! Here’s the recipe, I love it!

Hi, I would love to try out your granola recipe, but how much Erythritol is in four packets?
It’s about 4 tsp. You can use any sweetener you like, and you can use more/less depending on how sweet you like things 🙂
Made this recipe this morning. Heading out on a road trip tonight. Perfect drive along meal! Great combo of whole foods. TY
I have made this twice! It’s fabulous even with no sweetener!
I love it so much! thank you very much for this recipe!!!

I’ve made this twice now and subbed 80% dark mint chocolate pieces for the sweetener the second time. 🙂

Sadly, mine was burnt after 10 minutes. I am going to try again tomorrow, checking in every minute.

Hi Sarah, it’s an older recipe I just updated and recycled this month and the nutrition looked a little off. Good news, it’s actually only 4g net carbs per serving 🙂

Looks yummy! Can’t wait to try it! What would the serving size be in cups? I don’t understand what 4 means. Thanks!
Thank you for sharing the recipe. Can I add chia seeds to it?
Thanks for this excellent post, Keto changed my life and in gratitude to God I leave you the tool I used to achieve it.
Blessings
I would have never thought to make grain-free granola like this but oh my gosh is it delicious! You get a night nutty, warm flavor with hints of sweetness. I love to top mine with raspberries. A huge bonus is that even my kids love the stuff. This is way healthier than boxed cereal and it is actually healthy for us.

The coconut flakes in this were a genius idea! Never thought to use this in my other keto granola recipes that I made myself. I loved the crunch!
