In the Northeast, summer memories collide with daily doses of frozen coffee, which you can find at just about any coffee shop. You can brew a fresh pot of coffee or save leftovers in the fridge to have on hand. There’s no reason to go out of your way to find a drive-thru when you can easily make this tasty treat right at home! It’s too easy not to try! Let me know what you think in the comments!

AMAZING…my daughter loves frozen coffee 🙂 It’s so hard to believe it’s low carb
This sounds extremely good 🙂 but what kind of heavy cream do you use that doesnt contain any carbs?
I want to know also. I just left Walmart looking for carb free heavy organic whipping cream. One tablespoon contained 1 carb. Oh, my! That means 1/3 cup of heavy organic cream will cause the frozen coffee not to be a carb free drink.
We get it delivered from our local farm, which says zero. But if you have a Wegman’s near you, their store brand is 0. Horizon Organics and Garlick Farms are both <1. Generally speaking, heavy cream has 0.4 g per tbsp, so if you choose one that says <1 it's probably about 2 carbs for the 1/3 cup, which is still good.
