Chai is so incredible on a cold day (although I’ve been known to drink it spiced in the summer, too!), especially this Creamy Coconut Bourbon Chai. Spicy and citrusy cardamom dances with licorice flavor of star anise and woody cinnamon to draw out the warmth from the middle of your soul and share it with the rest of your body. Paired with rich, full-fat coconut milk, your mind and body will thank you.
