Creamy Coconut Bourbon Chai

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 tsp sugar-free vanilla sweetener
  • 1 tsp loose leaf spiced chai black tea (a single chai tea bag works, but loose leaf tea is best if you’re multiplying this recipe for guests)


  1. Over the stove in a small pot, bring all liquid ingredients to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat, add spices and a cinnamon stick, and let simmer for about 3 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
