Keto is more than a lifestyle to me, it’s kind of a hobby too. Not just because I get to cook, but I also get to discover new keto gadgets and products, and sample TONS of keto things. Most of the keto companies that have popped up over the years do a really great job, and it’s so nice to finally have snacks and subscription boxes available, when there wasn’t anything back when I first started living la vida keto.
I’ve curated a list of all my favorite keto gadgets and goodies, and I’ve included coupon codes for ones that I have them. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do, and if you’re using this list to shop for a keto friend, I promise you can’t go wrong with anything you find below!
Keto Snacks and Foods
They make the BEST keto cookies. I have had a ton of keto cookies and there are some great ones, but my favorite in terms of texture, snackability, and taste are definitely these ones. They are dangerous though because it’s so hard to stop eating them. The good news is that if you really went on a bender and ate the WHOLE bag, it’s just 18 net carbs. Still a ton, but better than a sleeve of Oreos.
If you love cookies, the only other one that holds a candle to them are Nui Chocolate Chip Cookies, those are delicious too and they’re bigger than these ones, so I’ve made some whipped cream and turned them into cookie ice cream sandwiches.
Another favorite keto-product of mine is Everly. They create keto-friendly powder drink mixes. My husband actually mixes his with NuSalt, to create a keto Gatorade of sorts which he finds useful when he’s fallen off the wagon and is going through the keto flu, or after a good workout. I ALWAYS have this in the house. Their new Fruit Tea is especially awesome.
Love these bars. I’ve written about them extensively – the best keto bars on the market if you ask me! Brownie-like and deeeelish! They offer a sampler box, and I highly recommend trying it.
Good Dee’s Cake, Cookie & Brownie Mixes
I love, love, love Good Dee’s. She makes the best brownie and cake mixes on earth. Think you can’t have a proper Ooey Gooey Butter Cake on keto? Think again, because her Yellow Snack Cake Mix does the job!
Perfect Keto makes products like Keto Collagen and Exogenous Ketones. I’ve made recipes with their products in the past, like my Fat Bomb Sea Salted Chocolate Brownies made with their MCT Oil Powder.
Good news! Low-carb no longer means low-flavor, because all-natural Nush cakes are truly bursting with it. You guys know I love me some Nush cakes, these babies are like muffins and I just adore them. Their blueberry cake is probably my favorite flavor, but I HIGHLY recommend getting a sampler and pick your own favorite! You can read why I love so much here.
The original OG of bone broth now makes keto soup! Not to mention their bone broth as well, which is amazing to drink straight for keto induction when you’re going through the keto flu, and is great for any other day, plus a convenient ingredient to have on hand for cooking! Kettle & Fire’s Bone Broth and Keto Soups are made from the best ingredients and grass-fed bones, and offers a unique combination of amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and compounds.
Keto & Co makes what I think is the best hot cereal on the planet. It’s kind of like cream of wheat in texture, and the maple brown sugar one is soooo good. They also make other products which are designed according to their four guiding principles: Nutrition, Convenience, Taste, and Affordability. I think they do a nice job, and while I haven’t tried their whole line yet, their hot cereal is awesome!
PowerCreamer is an awesome addition to your morning coffee. And it comes in a squeeze bottle! It’s an all-in-one blendable creamer that gives you the same great benefits of Keto Coffee without the mess and hassle. What I love is that it’s made with a mix off grassfed ghee, coconut oil, and MCT oil. The PowerCreamer was designed to make it super convenient and great for when you’re on-the-go. Just pour in, blend up, and enjoy and they’re available in four flavors: Original, Vanilla, Cacao, and Cinnamon! For the holidays they also make pumpkin and peppermint!
Moon Cheese is a super fun snack, and addition to your keto cheese plates. It’s made with 100% cheese which makes it totally keto-friendly and a nice salty, cheesy snack you can enjoy without guilt.
These are probably the only keto “candies” I eat, because they have zero artificial sweeteners, and they taste amazeballs. Their sour gummies are my fave, but their versions of swedish fish are out of this world! I haven’t tried the peach rings but I’m sure they’re good. They do use “tapioca fiber” which the verdict is still out on, BUT I’ve reached out to them (big fan and all) and they said they’re working on a new recipe. That said, I never had any sugar spikes like some people have reported with tapioca fiber.
I looove these dressings, I use them almost exclusively. If you’re looking for a good gift, this is a GREAT gift because it includes a whole bunch of them at a great price. If you think people wouldn’t like a box of keto-friendly dressings as a gift, then you haven’t met someone on keto!
Keto Cooking Essentials
You guys, this is THE STUFF if you love ghee (who doesn’t?) Ghee is an oil derived from butter, it’s amazing, can be used in cooking just like olive oil, and this is the only ghee I buy. In fact, my daughter is a preemie and we have to measure what she consumes, so when her nutritionist told us to start adding oil to her measured bottles for added fats, I chose Tin Star Foods ghee because theirs is not only delicious, but it’s pure. It’s made in small batches using a patent-pending triple filtration process that allows their ghee to be lab-tested casein & lactose-free. I also love their “singles” which make it easier for adding to bottles on the go, and for me to add to my coffee on the go! Get yours directly on Amazon — they often have coupons!
Keto Ketchup, Teriyaki Sauce, BBQ Sauce, Steak Sauce — you name the condiment, Guy Gone Keto makes it. Created by the same folks who make Steviva, and author of Guy Gone Keto, here’s one of the great examples of a keto product made by a true keto-er! (I suggest getting the starter pack to really get the most value!)
Lankanto makes my favorite monkfruit sweetener, which they’ve also transformed into maple syrup, which is the only keto maple syrup I’ve found that is not full of gross ingredients. They also have sugar-free flavored syrups, extracts, chocolate bars, chocolate syrup, drinking chocolate, and even pancake mix! I trust this brand because I was originally referred by Maria Emmerich, and she’s basically the only keto guru I trust to tell me what’s healthy for keto sweeteners and products.
I use Steviva sweetening products regularly in my baking. I am especially fond of their Steviva Blends, which is a mix of erythritol and stevia, and I find this makes the most amazing desserts! This code works for anything on the Steviva site, which includes a number of different sweeteners. Steviva uses the least bitter, sweetest constituent of the stevia leaf, resulting in a sweet, clean flavor.
I also dig Swerve for baking, and Splenda Naturals (Stevia) for on the go.
Keto Subscriptions
Keto Krate — Use this link and code WICKEDSTUFFED to save.
I subscribe to this box, and Keto Delivered (below) and like them equally. Keto Krate is more snack-based. It usually comes with snacks that are easy to carry with you like protein bars, beef jerky, and “sweet” treats. Any keto-er who commutes would love this box because eating ketogenically usually involves a lot of cooking and it’s SO nice when you can find a prepared snack or meal that isn’t carby. I love that they are committed to only providing snacks that are gluten and maltitol free. If you use this link, you’ll get a discount with code WICKEDSTUFFED.
This monthly ketogenic subscription box I love for an entirely different reason and it’s because this box usually comes with great high-quality, small-batch crafted ketogenic treats like hot sauces, spices, coffee, brownie mixes and although they do throw in snacks as well, I subscribe because of the high-end, locally made products that are included.
Thrive Market is an online marketplace on a mission to make healthy living easy and affordable for everyone, at 30% off regular prices. What I like is that you can filter their catalog by “ketogenic” dietary preferences and they provide you with a list of products that are non-GMO, sustainably farmed, fair-trade certified, and BPA-free. No more reading labels because Thrive Market does the homework for you.
If you’ve ever wanted to do a food sensitivity test from home, you can get one from EverlyWell. I recently did one myself, and also their Vitamin D + Inflammation test. They basically send you a kit, you register it online, do a finger prick, send it in, and within a week, you’ll get your results online.
Grove – get a 5-piece gift set with this link
I don’t know about you, but cleaning out my cupboards of junky food also led me to cleaning out my closet of junky cleaners, vitamins, etc. I love Grove because they do the work of sourcing high-quality cleaning products so I don’t have to. (I LOVE the Aunt Fannie’s vinegar cleaning line, I use them almost exclusively.) They are offering a 5-piece Mrs. Meyers gift set with your first order, which is an awesome deal!
Keto Gadgets
Zoodles are our spaghetti, so a good zoodler is a gift from the gods. They’re fantastic as the “noodles” in a chicken parmesan dish, or by themselves in a lemon butter mixture. I would say this Zoodle Maker is a cheap, simple zoodler, but if you’re looking to gift something fancier, check out my recent zoodle maker review.
Instant Pot – People are rediscovering the art of pressure cooking with the Instant Pot and there are a bunch of great Instant Pot cookbooks you can pair with it if you’re giving as a gift to a keto friend, like Maria Emmerich’s Keto Instant Pot: 130+ Healthy Low-Carb Recipes for Your Electric Pressure Cooker or Slow Cooker.
NutriNinja – We do a lot of blending in single-serve containers when eating ketogenically. It’s basically the only way we ever get to have dessert, from keto pancakes to buttered coffee to mug cakes.
Herb Keeper – The Art and Cook herb keeper is another godsend because fresh herbs last a month or longer (usually I replace them before I even need to). Again, the small amount of water in the bottom has been keeping my rosemary, sage and thyme good to go every meal and I just love it. Plus, it’s made of glass and looks great in the refrigerator.
Foodsaver – On keto you tend to eat a lot more protein, so if your keto pal buys their meat in bulk, or at the butcher, this keto gadget is useful for separating meat into portions you intend to cook with so they can go in the freezer. It’s also great for marinating foods, or saving leftovers for the freezer in a way that won’t give them freezer burn.
Cast Iron Pan – Cast iron makes the best steaks, so I have quite a few of them. But don’t forget to read up on cast iron care and get a silicone handle if it doesn’t come with one, plus some cast iron conditioner.
Keto Books
Additionally, here are keto cookbooks I love, by the best of the best keto folks that I love and have always been kind to me.

Is Terra’s Kitchen keto meals? I need help with meal prep. I am 60 years old and just diagnosed with early diabetes. I weigh 270 pounds and need to get some off. I don’t cook and don’t recognize ingredients in the keto recipes to even buy them. Is there another keto meal service? Any help would be much appreciated.
SO MANY GREAT PRODUCTS AS WELL AS YOUR RECIPES!.
