Crunchy Fresh Sriracha Broccoli Salad {Keto, Low-Carb, LCHF}

by Amanda C. Hughes

Broccoli salad seems to be my thing this month. It’s September and I’m supposed to be drowning myself in a hot bath of unsweetened, extra-creamy pumpkin spice lattes, but all I can think of is fresh broccoli bathed in mayo and delectable accouterments. And so fresh it is! I hope you enjoy this recipe. The longer it marinates, the better it gets!

I’ve made this dozens of times. It’s a favorite for my husband and me, and guests love.

I love this salad! I even crave it when I fall off the keto wagon! My husband loves it as well. I usually double it and feed off of it for quite a few days. It’s a delicious and dish and easy to take to a pot luck dinner. Keto and non keto will both love it

So much yummy crunch going on! I love anything with broccoli and cheese. My family loved this, even my son who hates broccoli!

The sunflower seeds make this, as does the cheese. Very good.

Your recipes look amazing!!! I have a dumb question for you. Are the macros listed per serving? Thank you for what you do!

Not a dumb question! Yes it’s per serving 🙂
