I’m working on updating Keto Life right now with a VERY fancy new edition (buy a copy and you’ll get the update for free!) and a new chapter I’m adding is on drinks. So I thought I’d give you a little sneak peek with a very simple-to-make keto spritzer. I’ve been drinking it all week from this single recipe. The bonus benefit is that your house will smell AMAZING afterward from the strawberry simple syrup.
This keto spritzer is a refreshing juicy mix of strawberry and lime, infused with the flavor of thyme is perfect for an afternoon on the back porch in the summer. And it’s sugar-free! Although alcohol isn’t entirely keto-friendly, you can add a dry white wine for an additional 5 net carbs.

I don’t like the seltzer water, does it work with just flavored water?
It won’t be a spritzer, but it might still taste good! You might even be able to use a little less that way.
Thanks for sharing Amanda. It’s always a challenge to keep things fresh and interesting with beverages on low carb. This strawberry looks like a great way to mix things up. Will tweet it out to my followers. -ryan
Spritzers are always something fancy to me, amazing how these things are actually still low carb in the end. I agree with Ryan, the strawberry really helped in mixing things up. Would definitely recommend this!
