Looking in the fridge, I saw a pack of large salami and thought, hey that would make a great crust.
About two minutes later, I’d added:
- sauce (which had green peppers and sausage in it)
- mozzarella cheese
You can measure to your own carby likeness, but my little pizzas racked in at about 1-2 carbs each.
I can’t emphasize the deliciousness. Roll them up and nom them down.
