Saturday Garlic Shrimp

This Saturday Garlic Shrimp recipe fills the house with a heavenly garlic scent. You can serve the shrimp on its own, or toss in two heaping cups of zucchini noodles for about one minute.

Saturday Garlic Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 20 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan

Steps:

  1. In a large skillet, melt the ghee over medium-high heat. When it is hot, add the garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. The garlic should not brown. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes. Stir in the red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Saute the shrimp until they are cooked through, about 5 minutes more.

  2. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and serve.
