Lemon Dill Tartar Sauce

When you’re digging into your Lemon Parmesan Crusted Fish Sticks like a kid off the school bus, try this tangy tartar sauce. It goes great with most other white fish, too!

Lemon Dill Tartar Sauce Recipe

Makes: 1 1/2 cups total

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 diced dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • a pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. If not using right away, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
