Tangy Ranch Rub

by Amanda C. Hughes

This ranch rub can be used on beef, poultry, or pork. The buttermilk is the key ingredient, giving it that familiar ranch tang. Use 1 tablespoon of rub for every pound of meat. This is the same ranch rub used in my Slow Cooker Ranch Porkchops.
