Keto Buffalo Sauce Recipe

This buffalo sauce is very easy to make, and so delicious that you’ll want to drench everything in Buffalo goodness!



  • 1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter
  • 1 cup of hot sauce (I’m a Franks loyalist)
  • 4, minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper


  1. Add butter to a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Once the butter melts, stir the ingredients together and turn off the heat. Mix and then let sit, melding together, for another couple minutes.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or toss over your favorite wings, cauliflower, or anything else you want to spice up!
