- 4 bone-in, skin-on, free-range chicken thighs
- 10 peeled garlic cloves
- 1 white onion, quartered
- 1/4 cup of Golden Ghee, melted
- 1 tsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- sea salt
- freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 lemon
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
- Place the chicken thighs in a cast iron or oven-proof skillet. Wedge the garlic cloves and onion quarters between the thighs.
