It’s made with flaked coconut, diced walnuts, and sliced almonds, and it goes great with unsweetened almond milk. This keto granola is super easy to make and perfect to eat on the go. You can make this in about 15 minutes, and 10 of that is baking! Here’s the recipe, I love it!

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, toss all ingredients together.
  4. Spread out mixture over the baking sheet in as much of a single layer as you can.
  5. Add to oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until mixture begins to brown (keep an eye on it, oven times may vary).
  6. Remove, mix again and enjoy in a bowl with cold unsweetened almond milk. Berries also make a great addition.
  7. To store, add to a ziplock bag with a paper towel to absorb any moisture.
