This Bulletproof PB & J on an Oopsie is something like the epitome of low carb sandwiches. It includes one of our favorite fats, with a fruit that has one of the lowest sugar counts, and my most loathed but keto-famous recipe: Oopsie bread. Oh, and some organic, naturally low sugar peanut butter.
I have to say, this Bulletproof PB & J on an Oopsie is the only reason why I’d make oopsie bread again – it tastes great with this combo!

What an interesting combination. I never liked PB & J but this sounds like a great dessert. I really have been liking this series on sandwiches. I really miss them. On the days when I plan to have a few extra carbs I use those Flat Out wraps. I don’t have an issue with the wheat so they are an occasional treat for me. Also they are a lot less work than those oopsie rolls. I have made them a few times but not something I go out of my way to make. Thanks for your blog. I really enjoy it.
