This garlic bombed parmesan oven wings recipe is super crispy, loaded with garlic, and a great alternative to a traditional wing recipe. Although I’m usually a buffalo wing girl all the way, these wings are AMAZING.
First of all, there’s nothing worse than soggy wings, and these parmesan oven wings are crispy, crispy, crispy! Secondly, there’s nothing better than garlic, and these hit up garlic on every level. I used Garlic Flavor God seasoning but if you don’t have it / don’t want to wait for it to arrive, feel free to sub in some good quality organic garlic powder.
Note: This recipe was originally published in 2013 and I’ve updated it to be even better 🙂

am i supposed to defrost the wings first?
BrittanyMiller2 No, you bake them frozen. 🙂
Destiny Davenport Garlic olive oil. 🙂
Hey, Have you figured out how many carbs this meal would be?
Can you use fresh wings? If so, would the cooking time be the same?
I’d bake at 400º F for about 40 minutes.

I concur with everything you say about he need for parchment, but have you tried Demarle? I’ve been making cauliflower crust and breadsticks for years and NOTHING sticks to it.
I haven’t, but I’m excited to try it!
