Kickin’ Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower Bites Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 4 tbsp salted butter
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- cracked black pepper
- bleu cheese dressing for dipping (optional)
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Place the cauliflower florets on a large baking sheet.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter hot sauce, garlic, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Microwave 30 seconds, stir and repeat until the sauce is smooth and creamy. You can also do this on the stove top, it just takes a little longer.
- Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and toss to evenly coat the florets. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve the cauliflower warm with a small bowl of blue cheese dressing for dipping, if desired.
