by Amanda C. Hughes

This simple and delicious lemon butter pork chops dish is great for a quick meal that tastes like something you could order at a restaurant.  It’s excellent served alone, or atop hot, salted, and peppered zoodles. Green beans and spinach are great side dishes for this lemon butter pork chops recipe because they pair beautifully with the sauce.

I made these pork chops last night, they were the bomb.. the flavor of the lemon cream was beautiful with sauteed spinach and zucchini noodles. Will make it again later this week since I have all the ingredients but with bone in chicken thighs.

This was INCREDIBLE! The whole family loved it which is rare, and we really are not frequent pork chop people. It is now on regular rotation! It’s simple and easy to make on a weeknight. I highly recommend this recipe to all! Thank you Amanda!
