I made these pork chops last night, they were the bomb.. the flavor of the lemon cream was beautiful with sauteed spinach and zucchini noodles. Will make it again later this week since I have all the ingredients but with bone in chicken thighs.
Made it tonight. I thought it was absolutely delicious. I haven’t made pork chops in years but I will be making them often now!
I honestly L O V E this recipe! I have made it with both pork and chicken, and it is great both ways.

dont have any whipping cream – can anything else be used?
I haven’t TRIED it any other way, but you could try 1/4 milk and just make sure it reduces.. If it were me, I’d just skip it and enjoy au jus instead 🙂
