Spicy Sriracha Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- pinch of sea salt
- pinch of cracked black pepper
- pinch of saffron
- 3 tsp ghee
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Steps:
- In a small bowl, mix the garlic, turmeric, salt, pepper, and saffron.
- In a large skillet melt the ghee over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in the spice mixture and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the sriracha.
