What I love about these Bologna and Herbed Cream Cheese Roll-Ups is that they’re super easy to make, and super filling at the same time.
Now, I know that rolling meat up with some cheese isn’t rocket science, but the goal of these sandwich posts is to come up with the easiest little packable sandwiches you can add to your lunchbox. Cause… you still carry a lunchbox, right?

I use thick-cut bologna, 2 pieces… spread Hellman’s mayonnaise on one for both sides, then lay 2 slices of Bick’s Sandwich Savers Extra Garlic pickles – voila! A sandwich! Or… there’s a kind of German recipe with the bologna and pickles juliennes and then mixed with mayonnise… so delicious, better than it sounds!
If you sub the bologna with a good quality ham or turkey, will be so much better.. no?
slimcrem Totally, but bologna is one thing I can’t quit. 😉
@MrsScrim I go for anything that incorporates pickles into the mix!
