This Supreme Keto Pizza Dip is perfect for those with intense pizza cravings. It’s so packed with flavor that you’ll forget you ever missed the crust.
The other great thing about this keto pizza dip is that it’s adaptable. Do you prefer pepperoni, ground beef, or even anchovies? Just add a layer before you put cheese on the top and use a marinara that’s less than 4 net carbs per serving. There are many in even the largest chain grocery stores, although they tend to be pricier.
I’ve also included steps to make your own Parmesan cheese chips. They are great with this dip, but I also love to serve them with guacamole or my Five Layer Keto Mexican Casserole. Just swap the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning for Cheddar cheese and a little Cumin or Chili powder.
Note: If you plan on using a slow cooker to cook your keto pizza dip, set the temperature to low and cook for 3-4 hours.

Ingredients:
For the pizza dip:
- 2 lbs ground sausage
- 1/2 cup, chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup, chopped onion
- 15 oz marinara sauce
- 2 cups, shredded mozzarella cheese
For the chips:
- 4 cups, shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- a sprinkle of grated parmesan
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground sausage. Strain the excess fat and put back in skillet.
- Pour the sauce on top of the sausage, the peppers and onions next, and then layer the 2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Feel free to add more toppings to the top of the dip. I used sliced cherry tomatoes, more bell peppers, and black olives.
- Place the whole cast iron skillet or oven safe baking dish in the oven at 375 degrees F for about 30-45 minutes or until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
- While the dip cooks, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and combine the 4 cups of shredded Italian cheese blend, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread the shredded cheese mixture onto the parchment lined baking sheet into the shape of a rectangle. Put in the oven with your pizza dip for 20 minutes, or until you can lift the edges easily with a spatula.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. When cool to the touch (about 15 minutes), use a pizza cutter and first cut into three even strips, and then into triangles. Let the chips cool to slightly harden and serve with your pizza dip.
- Enjoy!
