Lemon Dill Tartar Sauce Recipe
Makes: 1 1/2 cups total

Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 diced dill pickles
- 1 tbsp dill pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- a pinch of sea salt
- a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. If not using right away, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
