Blue cheese and bacon, is there any better combo? I didn’t think so. When I was overstocked with zoodles from testing out a bunch of different spiralizers, I knew one zoodle salad I’d be making would involve both of these magical ingredients. That is when my Bacon Blue Zoodle Salad was born.
This Zoodle Salad w/ Bacon and Blue Cheese is basically the easiest recipe ever, so enjoy! And if you want to bring it to your next BBQ, just triple or quadruple the recipe!

Just made this for my lunch. I added a little hot sauce. Sooooo good! I absolutely loved it.
emaker1116 love the hot sauce addition!
What is your favorite spiralizer you tested? Also did you freeze your excess ones?
CassiNunnery Funny you ask! I actually tested a bunch! http://www.wickedstuffed.com/keto-tips/the-best-spiralizer-zoodles/
I never have any left over after. Usually when I cook them hot I use one per person, but for this recipe since they don’t shrink up from cooking, I usually use one to serve two people.
Thank you for the review. There are so many of these things out there. Your analysis was very helpful. I can’t wait to try the recipe.
What brand of bleu cheese dressing would you recommend with no sugar? I can’t seem to find one at my local stores.
Marie’s makes a good salad dressing. You can find it in the refrigerated section of your grocer’s produce department.
Silly question – do you cook the zoodles first?
Not for this one 🙂 Although I suppose you could!
