Oh hey, look at this! WickedStuffed has been my keto kitchen diary since 2012 — back when I committed to a ketogenic diet for one year and never looked back.

What started as a place to post my low-carb experiments turned into 300+ recipes, a bestselling cookbook (The Wicked Good Ketogenic Diet Cookbook — over 75,000 copies sold), and three more books: Keto Life, Keto All The Way, and the 21-Day Ketogenic Diet Weight Loss Challenge, which I co-authored with nutritionist Rachel Gregory.

I’m Amanda C. Hughes — recipe developer, cookbook author, and firm believer that going low-carb should never mean giving up comfort food. Every recipe here is one I’ve actually made in my own New England kitchen, usually more than once, always with real food.
