Hey!
So I’ve had this big secret I’ve had to keep for the last year or so, but I finally get to break it — I have a new cookbook coming out! This is different from Keto Life, my full-fledged handbook to Keto, your key to direct Q&A with me, and my virtual tip jar that keeps WickedStuffed running. In fact, everyone who bought Keto Life got a chance to review an advance copy of my new cookbook (I like to give back as much as I can to the peeps by my side!)
My new book focuses mostly on FOOD—a giant cookbook with a whopping 175+ whole food keto recipes, with little stories and anecdotes to go along with them. It’s called The Wicked Good Ketogenic Diet Cookbook:Easy, Whole Food Keto Recipes for Any Budget.
Thanks to an amazing editorial and nutritional crew, the recipes also include all the macro and nutritional info you could ever want, and options for making a good portion of the recipes Paleo when they aren’t already.
Here are just a few of my favorite recipes from the cookbook:
- Salted Chocolate Macadamia Nut Smoothie
- Lemon Ricotta Lavender Pancakes
- Chicken Ramen Dip
- Bacon Ranch Broccoli Bites
- Roasted Tomato and Goat Cheese
- Lemon Cream Zoodles with Sweet Maine Lobster
- Sausage and Sage Stuffed Meatloaf with Orange Zest
- Buttery Garlic Bomb Crispy Chicken Thighs
- Strawberries and Cream Cake
And because I want this thing to kill it on the Amazon charts the day it’s released, I’ve come up with a few incentives for pre-orders if you decide to share the love:
Buy a copy (Kindle or Paperback) and be entered to win one of FIVE keto boxes, curated by me, with keto snacks and WickedStuffed swag. Get an entry for every copy you buy.
Or, want to guarantee some goodies?
- Buy 5 paperback books to share with family & friends and you’ll automatically get some WickedStuffed swag.
- Buy 10 paperback books to share with family & friends and you’ll automatically get a pack of WickedStuffed swag AND a box of my favorite keto snacks.
- Buy 20 paperback books to share with family & friends, donate to your local library, or pass out at your gym, and you’ll automatically get a pack of WickedStuffed swag, a custom-designed Keto t-shirt, AND a box of my favorite keto snacks.
UPDATE 6/26: WINNERS HAVE BEEN PICKED AND CONTACTED. Thanks to everyone who participated, you’re THE BEST!
- Elizabeth S.

I live and die by this cookbook. I honestly think the spicy Siracha shrimp is the best shrimp I’ve ever had!
Mnmarina Yay! SO glad to hear you love it!
So far I love this cookbook, however can you or someone clarify the Morning Meatloaf recipe on p47. There is alot of mix, no way you can roll it into a ball and no way it will fit in a small loaf pan. Wondering if 12 eggs is a typo? Help?
Kate10 Hi Kate, sorry about that, I’m trying to get this updated in the next print run. I think the editors got carried away with that one, it really just needs to be mixed and folded together, then added to a casserole dish and pressed, then cooked to 140 degrees before proceeding with the rest. I plan to remake it here on the blog next week after I adjust it actually and will let you know the adjustments. It’s much like a quiche, so the eggs are accurate.
Just got my book and love that it is really Focused on recipes. My only feedback is that I was a bit disappointed in the meal plans lack of a shopping list that would be really helpful weekly.
What is the dish called on the cover of The Wicked Good cook book? It looks amazing!! Wish the book had more pictures of the dishes but am super excited to use it.

You can make that dish by tossing the meatball recipe with some lightly cooked zoodles, sauce and cheese! 🙂
I purchased the wicked good ketogenic diet cookbook, can you tell me the page number of the dish that is shown on the cover?
