Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold brewed coffee
  • 1/3 cup organic heavy (whipping) cream
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 2 tbsp flavored sugar-free sweetener

Instructions

  1. Put all your ingredients in a single serve blender.
  2. Blend until the ice is crushed and the drink is smooth.
  3. Pour your frappuccino in your favorite iced-coffee cup and top with whipped cream and a few dark chocolate shavings.
