There are few chocolate things I love more than brownies, and when I want a good keto “cheat”, I may even pair some with red wine! When I found out that Perfect Keto came out with a chocolate version of their MCT Oil Powder, I knew I needed to use it to make some delectable Sea Salted Chocolate Brownies that were both rich AND full of glorious healthy fats!



  • 1 perfectly ripe avocado
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 1 oz Baker’s unsweetened chocolate squares
  • 1 cup superfine ground almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Perfect Keto’s Chocolate MCT Oil Powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated Swerve Sweetener/Erythritol
  • 1/4 cup cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Malden’s Flaked Sea Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8×8 brownie/cake pan.
  2. In a food processor or blender, blend avocado until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, microwave butter and chocolate for 30 seconds until butter is completely melted, then mix the two together until chocolate is also melted.
  4. Combine the rest of the ingredients until a smooth batter.
  5. Pour into greased brownie pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until a fork comes out mostly clean, then remove and let cool on the counter. Garnish with sea salt flakes and serve.
