Ultimate Dill Tuna Salad Low Carb Sandwich

I love, love, love tuna salad. And my nickname is Pickles, so you can probably guess that I love, love, love pickles. And the fact that both are keto-friendly is just wonderful. If you love pickles as I do, you’ll love these simple sandwiches for a picnic or a bento work lunch.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except pickles) to taste, then let the tuna salad sit in the fridge for about 15-30 minutes (or overnight).
  2. Scoop a tablespoon of tuna salad on to each pickle slice, and top with another pickle slice. If they’re going to travel, consider a toothpick to keep them together.
