Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp heavy (whipping) cream
  • 1/3 cup low carb chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the almond milk, heavy cream, protein powder, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth and then pour into a tall glass to serve.
