On keto, as with any diet, it’s important to drink a lot of water to keep your body flushed and your digestion on par. I find that adding these mojito-esque ice cubes to infusion pitchers or to glasses of water makes it easier for me to reach my hydration goals.

Ingredients

  • 4 large, chopped mint leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced lengthwise, and cut cross-wise)
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup of cold water

Instructions

  1. In an ice cube tray, distribute the mint leaves and cucumbers evenly.
  2. Fill each cube halfway with the lemon juice and the rest of the way with water.
  3. Freeze.
  4. Pop out each ice cube as needed and Enjoy!
