Low Carb Italian Parmesan Breaded Pork Cutlets

italian parmesan breaded pork

Here’s another super simple, super quick, and super tasty dinner recipe that we make around here at least once a week. While I do most of the cooking around here, these low carb Italian parmesan breaded pork cutlets are basically my husband’s signature dish. Instead of using an egg to batter these cutlets, we use Italian dressing! Then we dip them in a batter made of parmesan cheese and our favorite pork seasoning (Flavor God Everything Seasoning) for the flavor and “crust.”

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat a medium-sized frying pan to medium heat, and melt your ghee (or butter).
  2. Set up two bowls, one for your Italian dressing, and one for your seasoning + grated parmesan.
  3. Dip each cutlet first in Italian dressing and then your seasoning/parmesan bowl to coat. Set aside on some plates (don’t stack or they’ll stick to each other).
  4. Depending on the size of your pan, you may need to cook them in batches because it’s important not to crowd the pan. Add 1 tbsp ghee or butter and let melt, then add your cutlets to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach 145F internally. Repeat until they’re all done, and garnish with more parmesan and fresh herbs (optional) and enjoy.
