- 3 tbsp heavy (whipping) cream
- 5 ice cubes (you can add more if you find the consistency a little watery)
- 2 tbsp sugar-free salted caramel syrup

- Put all the ingredients in a single serve blender.
- Blend until smooth and pour into a glass to serve.
