Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp salted grass-fed butter
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • sugar-free vanilla sweetener

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a microwave-safe mug (or cook over low in a small saucepan).
  2. Microwave covered for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until hot.
  3. Mix and enjoy!
