Crispy Garlic Bombed Parmesan Oven Wings (Low Carb, LCHF, Keto)

This garlic bombed parmesan oven wings recipe is super crispy, loaded with garlic, and a great alternative to a traditional wing recipe. Although I’m usually a buffalo wing girl all the way, these wings are AMAZING.




  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
  2. Arrange wings on one baking/roasting rack on top of a baking pan (this is what will keep them crispy).
  3. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
  4. Cook for 40 minutes (or until thermometer reaches 180 degrees)
  5. Baste with 1 tbsp garlic oil (or more if you need it)
  6. Cook for five minutes on Broil until skin is brown and crispy
  7. Remove from oven
  8. Toss in a bowl with another tbsp of garlic oil until coated.
  9. Toss with Parmesan and Flavor God (or garlic powder)
  10. Serve and enjoy!


If you use fresh wings, bake at 400F for about 40 minutes.
