Keto-Style BLT Sandwich

This keto friendly sandwich is easy, fresh and can be easily modified with dressings or seasonings. It’s a nice, very quick lunch for those who enjoy a good BLT. I mixed up the dressings: you can add mayo, or go California style and add guacamole. I’ve been on a spicy guacamole kick so you can bet I made a variety and dabbed some on a few.

Ingredients

  • spinach leaves
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices bacon
  • mayonnaise
  • a dash of celery salt

Instructions

  1. Cook your bacon.
  2. Slice mozzarella and tomato.
  3. Stack ingredients into a sandwich.
  4. Add mayo to taste and a dash of celery salt.
  5. Enjoy!
