This keto friendly sandwich is easy, fresh and can be easily modified with dressings or seasonings. It’s a nice, very quick lunch for those who enjoy a good BLT. I mixed up the dressings: you can add mayo, or go California style and add guacamole. I’ve been on a spicy guacamole kick so you can bet I made a variety and dabbed some on a few.
