Fresh Strawberry Sage Popsicles (No Sugar Added)

strawberry sage popsicles

5 from 1 reviews

During the summer one of my favorite cheat drinks is strawberry sage lemonade, and it just so happened I picked up some fresh sage at the farmers market this weekend, so I decided to whip up my favorite red berry with this divine herb and turn it into a fresh, naturally sweet little-frozen delicacy; A fresh strawberry sage popsicle.

Scale

Ingredients

  • 16 medium-sized strawberries (hulled and cut in half)
  • 6 sage leaves
  • 4 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pour into ice pop sleeves or molds and freeze for at least 3 hours.

Notes

If you’re without popsicle molds or want freezer-pop style popsicles you can use a FoodSaver to create little tubes out of their vacuum seal bags. (I love my FoodSaver, by the way!) Just use a marinade injector and inject 1.5oz in each tube. You can also invest inĀ these things.
