Buffalo wings are the love of my life, but I’ll take a time-out from our one-way relationship and indulge in a more snackable dish like these spicy, buttery, roasted buffalo cauliflower bites, which can be shared (unlike me with my wings).

Still craving real buffalo chicken wings? Try out my Keto Buffalo Wings recipe.

This recipe comes from my best-selling cookbook, The Wicked Good Ketogenic Diet Cookbook.

Steps

1
Done

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

2
Done

Place the cauliflower florets on a large baking sheet.

3
Done

In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter hot sauce, garlic, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Microwave 30 seconds, stir and repeat until the sauce is smooth and creamy. You can also do this on the stove top, it just takes a little longer.

4
Done

Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and toss to evenly coat the florets. Bake for 25 minutes.

5
Done

Serve the cauliflower warm with a small bowl of blue cheese dressing for dipping, if desired.
