Buffalo is my middle name. Actually, it’s Cecelia after my Italian grandmother, but you might also call me Amanda B. Hughes because my love for all things buffalo runs deep. This sauce is very easy to make, and so delicious that you’ll want to drench everything in Buffalo goodness! I’ve been working on this keto buffalo sauce recipe for what feels like a lifetime, and it’s one of my most Instagrammed recipes, so if it’s good for my peeps on Insta, I think you’ll enjoy it too.

This sauce is also used with my Buffalo Pulled Chicken Bleu Cheese Wedge salad and with my Blue Cheese Buffalo Balls. Try it and let me know what you think!

This recipe comes from my cookbook, The Wicked Good Ketogenic Diet Cookbook.

Steps

1
Done

Add butter to a small saucepan over medium-low heat.

2
Done

Once the butter melts, stir the ingredients together and turn off the heat. Mix and then let sit, melding together, for another couple minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or toss over your favorite wings, cauliflower, or anything else you want to spice up!
